Personal Coaching

If your organization has employees, who because of their lifestyle choices are at risk of serious illness or burning out, this service could save their career and their life. Through personalized assessments and health risk analysis we can identify the lifestyle habits and behaviors that need to be corrected. Working in partnership with the individual we design a lifestyle modification plan that results in improved health status. This customized plan could include an exercise prescription, supervised exercise program, nutritional counseling, smoking cessation and stress management counseling. We also provide motivational coaching to help our clients get beyond their excuses/difficulties, assuring that they consistently make positive choices and produce their intended results.

These services are provided by a prevention oriented team of health care providers including: Physicians, Exercise Physiologists, Physical Therapists, Dieticians and Behavioral Specialists.

Participants may receive coaching to address a particular issue such as weight loss or smoking cessation. They may also seek a comprehensive program for risk reduction of Heart Disease or Diabetes. The number of sessions required to achieve the participant's goals will depend on their current health status and personal commitment. Coaching is available in person or by phone for both inbound and outbound calls.
