In the course of working in competitive environments amidst a rapidly changing marketplace people often lose sight of their common goals and purpose. Instead of thinking how the company can out perform the competition, people often focus on their own successful job performance and place added strain on other colleagues, departments and the company. If left unresolved communication breaks down, cooperation and problem solving ability decreases, conflict escalates and ultimately customer service suffers.

In this customized training key players are provided with a safe environment to surface issues, resolve conflicts, and develop a shared understanding of their common goals. Through experiential exercises that illustrate real work situations and facilitated discussion participants discover how creative, cooperative, problem solving invariably yields a better result. By learning better communication skills and understanding their colleagues' communication styles they are able to diffuse conflict before it occurs.

Participants usually leave the experience with an action plan to improve team performance, an appreciation for each team-mates unique contribution, and the sense that we're all in it together.
